thanks for your answer and for fixing the program !
Now it works fine.

Just another little issue:

when the program start and the UAC message box is shown, if you click “NO” in the UAC confirmation, the program show a messagebox with a verbose error. Could this messagebox be suppressed ?

the RunAsSys.exe you posted works perfectly, except for a message box displayed on Windows 7 due to an error in checking the operatin system version:

if not (TJwWindowsVersion.IsWindowsVista(true) or
TJwWindowsVersion.IsWindows2008(true)) then

It doesn’t check windows 7.

However, I downlaod the lastest JEDI Jswcl 0.9.3 and recompiled the RunAsSys.exe, but the recompiled version doesn’t work …
Any idea ?

Just downloaded you’re runassys tool which works great (tested on windows 7).
However, before the dos box opens (or the given program is started), I get an popup window: You have to logon as an administrator. Please enter your admin credentials.
I click OK, and it continues without asking my credentials (cause I’m an administrator….)
Can I skip this window by a parameter?
